WHAT EXACTLY IS HD HUMAN RESOURCES AGENCY?
We are a independently owned company that connects people that are working from home and desire to work from home with some of the worlds largest companies through Arise Virtual Solutions.
We also provide Human Resources services to small businesses. Services includes anything from New Hire Interviews, Required Documents, Payroll & more.
ARE THERE ANY OUT OF POCKET COST TO START?
You are your own boss meaning there's some small investments you must make. In order to start your business opportunity and partner with HD Human Resources Agency you must undergo a background check for the price of $30. Also, $20 to guarantee your certification spot which is returned after the first day of training.
This fee will be paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not HD Human Resources Agency.

IS HD HUMAN RESOURCES AGENCY A LOCAL OR NATIONAL AGENCY?
If you are the age of 18 years or older, residing in the United States you may provide your services almost anywhere. If you are moving to another city or state you may service where ever you are.
**Arise Virtual Solutions are not accepting applicants in the following states: California, Oregon, New York, Maryland, Wisconsin, Vermont, and Connecticut
ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN TAXES?
Yes, as in Independent Contractor, Freelancer, or Sole Proprietor you are responsible for your own taxes. There will be no taxes taking out of your paycheck. If you have made $600 or more a 1099 will be provided to you at the end of the year.
You are not eligible to receive unemployment, benefits, or over time as Independent Contractors. For any tax questions or concerns please see your tax preparer.
HOW MUCH AM I PAID?
Think BIG, get BIG checks! Your pay depends on YOU. You have the choice of the company you would like to work with. Pay differ per company, some clients make anywhere between $200 - $1500 bi-weekly depending on the hours you work.
You will be paid Bi-weekly via direct deposit.
WILL I BE PAID DURING THE CERTIFICATION COURSE?
The time spent in your certification course is required so that you may be certified and educated in the company you have chosen to provide your services to. Being that you are an Independent Contractor, HD Human Resources Agency does not compensate you for that time. We would suggest choosing the company with the certification course that works for you.
WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF SERVICES I WILL PROVIDE AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR?
You can provide anything from customer service, technical support, sales, chat support, and email support.
When you partner with HD Human Resources Agency you have the choice of the company you want to service, and your own hours.
WHAT IS THE IBO FEE?
In order to provide the support necessary for our Agents, HD Human Resources Agency charges an administrative fee of $35 per pay period which includes the fee our Arise partner charges.
The administrative fee is the only fee/charge that will be deducted from your pay. No taxes will be taken from your pay.
DO YOU PROVIDE EQUIPMENT?
